seahorse as a...

Last year I was sitting at the lecture about some Journalistic stuff (have forgot to tell you - i'm a senior student of Journalism and Mass communications). It had been already some days that I got my hands literally itching: so much i was willing to do something, to let the emotion go through some hand made creation. Somewhere in the middle of the professor's story about journalistic investigation i was stoke by an idea of making batik. I couldn't wait till the end of the lecture. I got up and left to the craft store, bought everything a person needs for this technique and run home to start my creation.
That was one of my first work in batik technique. I was
invited to my friends' housewarming party. And i decided to present them with my little work. I painted it and put into the frame.
I didn't really think about the conception of that work until I was asked by friends.
"Well, that should mean something", they said.
And it immediately hit me: "That is a symbol of your submarine powers and wills, of your inner strength". They were very pleased.
What it could symbolize in your opinion?

the beginning

Today we all need some relief, some airway. To breath with more depth, to have a minute to think over your own emotions, to start to believe.

I noticed that crafts, painting, reading/writing calm me. In these moments I feel extraordinarily inspired (Inspired by little “inspirinkles” as I call them. But I will catch up with the story about them a little later). All the world is breathing with me. I feel relieved and this relaxation flushes all my troubles away.

But, unfortunately, I hasn’t been doing crafts or any other of my hobbies for quite a time. That’s why I decided to start this blog, so I can get a constant platform for telling about my experiences in such a state and, perhaps, train myself to be inspired more often. I do need the outlet for my artistic impulses, for the minutes of the spirit lifting.

There we go! I got my first little post. Congratulations to me =)
